Data collected
When you contact femina docta I may collect the following data: name, address, email address, phone number, website address. I will not send you spam, nor sell your personal data. I do not share personal data with others, and do not keep your data for longer than is necessary, unless this is part of our agreement, or necessary to fulfill a legal obligation.

Purpose
The data collected is only used to be able to contact you, to send you the price quote you have requested, or to provide you with the services femina docta offers (text, translation, editing): I collect, store and use your personal data when you contact femina docta, for example to answer questions, to prepare a price quote, to deliver the work for which you have hired me, or to comply with legal and tax obligations (e.g. to send invoices).

Data retention
Personal data in price quotes is stored for 6 months. For completed assignments, I have a fiscal obligation to retain your personal data for 7 years. E-mails will be deleted after 5 years.

Sharing of data
feminadocta.nl does not share your data with third parties, unless this is part of our agreement, or a legal obligation. For administrative purposes, parties such as my accountant, the host of my website and email services may have access to your data. These parties comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Under no circumstances will your data be sold.

Access, rectification, deletion
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. Should you wish to exercise these rights, please send me a message at info {at} feminadocta.nl. To make sure that the request for inspection is made by you, I may ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. This is best done by sending a copy with your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), and passport number blurred or blacked out, so as to protect your privacy.

Data security
feminadocta.nl takes the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, access by unauthorized persons, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you feel that your data is not well protected or there are indications of abuse, please contact me at info {at} feminadocta.nl.
